I have a CNC plasma table, a 100w CO2 laser, and a Cricut. Following cut advice is based off my experience.

CNC plasma: I designed this file for CNC plasma. This will cut around 24-30" wide for most plasma cutters as is. Size the file and adjust spacing. File would cut 24" wide by 11.365" tall with 0.13" minimum spacing. May need to cut this at up to 40" wide if your table has a wide kerf width. Check the file before cutting.

Cricut: Use the SVG file with "CricutLaser" in the name. The other ones contain open cut paths and you can't use those. Upload the SVG into Design Space. File will import very large. There are 4 boxes of numbers at the top of Design Space. In the first box type a "10" and hit enter. The image will shrink. This file has very smooth cut lines and will look great in paper and vinyl. You will have to cut this one at least 4" wide. I recommend cutting it 8" wide or bigger. File is an all connected design that makes weeding easy. There are no dropouts to get lost. Everything connect to the whole shape. All connected designs are easier to weed.

Laser: Import the AI file with "CricutLaser" in the name into RD Works (or your software). This file should be perfect to engrave. It's fairly detailed so I suggest keeping engraving to 1" wide or longer. File is all connected and can be cut as well.

This design can be used commercially.
