Customized items are not accepted for returns or refunds. This includes but not limited to items with custom text and items designed with customer supplied photographs.

Stock items can be returned and refunded if there is a problem with the item. You have 14 days from the time of shipping to contact Julie@robinhillmachine.com for a return address. Customer is responsible for return postage.
